Where our tea comes from
Our blends include shade-grown tea from Kagoshima, in southern Kyūshū – one of Japan's largest tea-growing regions, known for its mild climate, early harvests and volcanic soils.
Our Premium Barista features Kagoshima Gyokuro from two cultivars: Yabukita, for a classic, structured flavour, and Saemidori, known for its softer character and rich umami. Blending helps us keep the same colour and flavour from order to order.

Why your customers want it
More customers are choosing matcha over coffee and sugary drinks. Here's what's inside every serving.
A naturally occurring amino acid found in tea – the reason matcha is known for a calm, focused lift rather than a jittery one.
Around 68mg per serving – similar to an espresso, from a whole-leaf green tea.
Matcha is naturally rich in catechins, including EGCG – the plant compounds green tea is best known for.
Shade-growing boosts chlorophyll, giving matcha its vivid green colour.
Unlike brewed tea, the whole leaf is ground and drunk – nothing is strained away.
Matcha is a trending, better-for-you choice your customers already recognise. Put it on your menu.
