Shipping Policy

We deliver to UK mainland addresses. For the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland, please contact us before ordering.

Orders paid in full before 2pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same or next working day from UK stock. White label orders are dispatched once production is complete.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, industrial action or other events outside our reasonable control.

Please check your delivery on arrival. Report any damage, shortage or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photographs.

Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.
